How do I determine my correct shoe size?

We offer a comprehensive sizing guide on each product page. Since Easy Spirit specializes in multiple widths, we recommend measuring your foot length and width to choose between our Narrow (N), Medium (M), Wide (W), and Extra Wide (WW) options.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, minus a small return shipping fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are looking into expanding our shipping capabilities to international destinations in the near future.
