At Easy Spirit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the portal to ensure easy tracking and processing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a shipping carton, then attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
